Tattar Holdings LLC is a family owned and operated real estate investment (REI) company focused on residential, multi-family, and commercial investments. Founded in 2020 - TH, LLC seeks to acquire 10 “doors” in year one with longterm goals of 50+ doors and apartment buildings. We also have a strong passion to be closely involved in the communities we invest in and act as advocates for our residents.

For our residents it is our focus to provide homes that can inspire and provide a sense of personal pride in your surroundings. For our investors, it’s the idea that we can create fantastic returns while doing good at the same time. Far too often these are mutually exclusive ideologies. Not here. At Tattar Holdings we seek properties in all socio-economic areas and create great financial outcomes while never leaving the renter behind.
