Ellie Tattar - Founder
Ellie is a 3rd generation descendent in a family that has committed their lives to building and owning construction companies, architecture & interior design firms, and always investing in real estate. Ellie is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with two Bachelor's degrees - one in English literature and one is Spanish. Over the past 15 years, Ellie has invested her career to leading large Talent and Human Resource teams in global corporations. During this time, Ellie has always had a passion for side projects involving house flipping, real estate investment, and interior design. Ellie has an eye for improvements in homes that many are not able to see. Where most people just see a plain living room or a hallway, Ellie sees an opportunity for development and design to inspire the people inside. During the 2020/2021 COVID pandemic - there was no denying that we all had to slow down and truly question our priorities and goals. As such, she is 100% committing herself moving forward to her passion and will be the co-founder of Tattar Holdings. She just can’t deny the real estate bug that runs deep in her gene pool! Ellie will focus on all aspects of property acquisition, construction, rehab, design, and property management. She will also oversee all marketing and social media as well as investor relations. Ellie is married to Trent and is the proud mother to Tyler Tattar (3), Maddie Tattar (6), and Lola Tattar (7 - our French Bulldog - who is also our mascot!).

Trent Tattar - Co-Founder
Trent is a proud first generation Cuban American. Embedded in his character is a deep respect for hard work, entrepreneurship, and a little bit of his favorite baseball term ‘stick-to-itivness.’ A graduate of Temple University, Trent has built a successful 15 year career as a President of multiple mining operations throughout the United States. Operating a multi-million dollar operation may seem intimidating to some, but not to Trent. Guided by the positive mental attitude, financial savvy, and never quit mentality he gleaned from his Grandfathers, Trent is humbly undaunted by virtually any challenge. As a founding member of Tattar Holdings, Trent helps to examine the financial viability of each and every deal in depth. Borrowing from his due diligence experience from over $100 million in acquisition deals across multiple businesses Trent see’s both ‘what is’ and ‘what can be’ en route to finding success for himself and those around him. Trent is an active member of his community. Whether it be hand delivering food to local community food banks, helping raise money and resources for schools in need, or coaching youth teams; it is Trent’s commitment to the community that gives him his passion for bringing deals that are good for everyone. He operates under two basic principals: ‘Doing good and making money go hand in hand’ and ‘impossible tasks just take a little longer.’ When Trent isn’t working he is probably playing basketball, watching his beloved Philly sports teams (as well as Auburn Football and Chelsea Soccer), or researching for his next pair of sneakers. He is most proud of his Wife (Ellie), Daughter (Maddie), Son (Tyler), and of course his bulldog (Lola).
